Architectural Working Drawing Design Process

  • Client Authorizes Sierra West Construction to instruct architect and all associated engineers to examine ¼ scale working drawings and provide all necessary engineering requirement for the completion of a full set of Engineered Working Drawings, including full architectural floor plans, sections and exterior elevations, mechanical requirements, electrical plans and specifications, structural engineering requirements, survey / topographic site plan, soils investigation and all associated HOA requirements.
  • Provide Bid Set Plans to establish construction budget.
  • Send Bid Set out to sub-contractor pool
  • Client to make final selections to formulate Description of Materials Specification report.
  • Prepare final construction budget
  • Prepare final specification DOM report
