Client Authorizes Sierra West Construction to instruct architect and all associated engineers to examine ¼ scale working drawings and provide all necessary engineering requirement for the completion of a full set of Engineered Working Drawings, including full architectural floor plans, sections and exterior elevations, mechanical requirements, electrical plans and specifications, structural engineering requirements, survey / topographic site plan, soils investigation and all associated HOA requirements.
Provide Bid Set Plans to establish construction budget.
Send Bid Set out to sub-contractor pool
Client to make final selections to formulate Description of Materials Specification report.
Prepare final construction budget
Prepare final specification DOM report
Prepare construction schedule
Meet with client to discuss engineered working drawing design, make all necessary changes as discussed, complete Final Engineered Working Drawing Design Process consistent with client’s expectations.
Average final Engineered Working Drawings takes 4-6weeks
Obtain authorization from client that Final Engineered Working Drawing Design is complete. Client authorizes Sierra West Construction to prepare Final Working Drawings to submit to associated Building Department.
